Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

Carrier

We use FedEx to deliver our orders. You can choose one of the following three FedEx shipping services at the time of checking out your order:

1. FedEx Ground
2. FedEx 2 Day
3. FedEx Standard Overnight

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for shipping your order will be based on the weight of your items and location to ship to. You will be shown the shipping rates of the available FedEx shipping services before the final checkout.  At that point you will be able to cancel your order.

Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. If in case we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.


Return Policy

Returns

We do not accept return of any sold goods. However, we offer replacement of items in case the delivered item has any manufacturer defect.

Replacements

While we will put our sincere effort to deliver the correct item(s) in prime condition, problems will occur. We will replace any item due to a manufacturing defect or in the case a wrong item is delivered. After receiving a Return Authorization, the customer must return the defective/wrong item within 30 days of purchase. No extra shipping fees will be charged for the replacement. The item must be sent in its original condition. Any sign of using or altering the item will disqualify a replacement.

2. Once you receive an approval for the exchange, ship the defective/wrong item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason of the replacement and the original receipt.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges of sold items for a different size (if available). However, exchange of one item with a different one is not accepted. Exchange is not accepted on items having custom embroidery, unless we made an error in the customization. Customers must return the original item within 30 days of purchase. Extra shipping fee will be charged for sending the exchanged item. The item must be sent in its original condition. Any sign of using or altering the item will disqualify exchange.
